Very professional

This is our 3rd rodeo so i trust Joni.
She said as my house was a 1/2 block from the beach, i had to hit the summer selling season. Connected me to brilliant stager: all my stuff out; everything painted white inside my charming but 1959 cottage ( when everyone wanted NEW.)

3 months later went on the market.
9 days after it hit: CLOSED $200,000 over asking.

( Joni handled the bumpy ride: had 8 open permits ( we got town inspectors w/in 2 days ( unheard of…). She fixed a glitch 3 days before closing when the buyer ( etc.)

Calm; knows the market and all the players.

If this isn’t enough: my grown daughter who thinks I’m a dingbat used Joni on a bank foreclosure messy deal in Weston with excellent results.
