“Still kickin,” as my dad would say….
Here we are in July and still we have multiple offers and “highest and best”s the first weekend on the market for so many properties, particularly those in mint condition, particularly if under the average town purchase price. Regardless of what you are hearing, new inventory in the pipeline is still not enough to meet demand,
The above chart combines monthly inventory of properties on the market with new listings and sales,(latter in turquoise) with property inventory down over 12% since last year at this time.
