Data below shows sales volume was up in almost every town in Fairfield County across the board last month.

In addition, rental prices have had the biggest upswing this area has experienced in a long time. A scarcity in rental inventory in most towns around was brought on by a combination of factors, creating a ‘rush to rent’ phenomenon. The biggest factor is potential buyers deferring purchase decisions due to a lack of confidence in the market, but the confidence level has definitely been rising along with our warmer temperatures.
