Hard to believe we’re almost at Halloween, and while 2020 has certainly ‘turned into a pumpkin’ in more ways than one (actually that’s not being fair to all the gorgeous, colorful pumpkins out there right now) the one thing we can be grateful for during the pandemic is our area’s continued wide appeal to buyers – and it’s not just the New York City folk heading up here either. We’re attracting the attention of many “younger” professionals (who generally represent the largest pool of buyers across the US) everywhere — from “the rest of Connecticut,” Westchester & Long Island, as well as New Jersey, and so many other major metropolitan areas, particularly in California and the midwest.
