Dear Friends, What more buoyant real estate related news can I ever expect to report than this — buyer confidence is reaching new highs, with extraordinary year-over-year sales throughout Fairfield County. And our high buyer demand (in every price range) is expected to continue — at least through year’s end, not just here, but in most denser population areas of the US — this is so unusual in a presidential election year. But then again, everything has been unusual this year.
