How’s the Market? September, 2022

It’s sweater weather ! And the fall market is upon us,

The royal blue area in this pie chart represents Westport’s sold properties. The light gray area represents actively-listed properties, the turquoise is the homes with accepted offers, and the navy blue is the slice of homes under contract.

Still a short supply in Westport, and all towns around as well, Even though we’re in the last quarter of the year, where traditionally, the buyer’s market usually begins, we have a sizable population of millennial buyers who still want in on our communities and our Connecticut lifestyle.
