Average Sales Price 2015 vs. 2014 was up in Westport (+6.1%), Weston (+4.1%), down in Wilton (-4.1%), up in Fairfield (+1.7%), down in Southport (-0.3%), Norwalk (-3.0%), Rowayton (-5.1%),Easton (-4.0%) and Greenwich (-0.9%).
