According to Keeping Current Matters, several major financial institutions are foreseeing a fast “V-type” recovery with positive GDP growth happening in the 3rd Quarter.

While we don’t know how long this will last, we can be confident that as the threat of the virus declines, many experts believe the economy will bounce back quickly.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WHILE STAYING HOME

There are still things you can do to add value to your home, before putting it on the market. Last month we spoke about purging and organizing, repairing and rebooting. This month, why not take advantage of the weather and clean up outside?

PUBLIC OPEN HOUSES
Your health and safety is important to us, so we have postponed all on-site public and broker open houses. We will revisit this and update as soon as appropriate.

The good news….
We are still offering private (virtual) showings on all of our listings via FaceTime, Zoom and other platforms.

Here are Some New Private Showing
Precaution Protocols:
Open all doors before showings, sanitize knobs after
Leave cabinet/closet doors open
Turn on any and all necessary lights
Keep windows and doors open to allow fresh air in

General Realtors’ Association Recommendations:
Refrain from touching any surfaces while viewing a property
Bring/use Hand Sanitizer to use before and after entering a property
Use shoe booties while touring
